View your Balances and Transaction History
With Internet Banking, you can view your account balance, your most recent transactions and the past 18 months of statements. You can also download transaction data. To view your transaction history:- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select "Your REI Visa Card" under “Credit Accounts”

Make a Payment to Your Account
Making a payment is easy. Pay online, by phone or by mail. Choose a payment method that’s right for you. -
Specify Overlimit Coverage Preferences
REI Visa Signature Cardmembers:
Signature Cardmembers have no pre-set spending limit so Overlimit Coverage does not apply.REI Visa Platinum Cardmembers:
You can request that we cover overlimit transactions by opting in to authorize transactions that exceed your Credit Limit. If you opt in and we permit you to go over your Credit Limit, we will charge you an Overlimit Fee. You will only pay one fee per billing cycle, even if you go over your Credit Limit multiple times in the same cycle. To learn more or to change your Overlimit Coverage preferences:- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select your Card account page
- Select “Overlimit Fee Preference” at the top of the page
- Review the information provided and make your selection

Go Paperless! Enroll to Receive Online Statements Only
View up to 18 months of statements online. You can also elect to discontinue receiving paper statements in the mail. To enroll in online statements and stop your paper statements from being mailed to you:- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select "Online Statements" in the left-hand navigation

Stay Informed with Account Alerts
Account Alerts notify you of important account activity, like a low balance or when a payment is due. You set up these alerts and select where you would like an email or text message notification delivered.The following alerts are available:
- Online Statement Available
- Debit (Charge) Posted
- Credit (Refund) Posted
- Balance Exceeds Defined Amount
- Payment Due
- Payment Posted
- Payment Overdue
To setup an Account Alert:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select “Alerts” from the left-hand navigation

Help Stop Potential Fraud with Security Alerts
Security Alerts notify you know when sensitive personal information, like an ID or address, changes. These alerts do not require any set up and are automatically delivered to your primary email address.You’ll be notified when the following events occur:
- Address or phone number changes
- Primary email address changes
- Internet Banking Personal ID or Password changes
- Internet Banking Personal ID and Password were disabled due to multiple, incorrect Log in attempts
- Log in assistance was requested to provide your Internet Banking Personal ID
- ID Shield changes (including setup, questions and answers or image/sound and phrase changes)
To change your primary email address:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select “Your Profile” from the “Your Accounts” page

Request a Cardmember Agreement
While logged into Internet Banking, you can request to have a copy of your Cardmember Agreement mailed to you:- Login to Internet Banking
- Select "Customer Service Center" from the left-hand navigation
- Select "Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options" from the options listed
- Select "Manage Your Credit Card or Premier Line Account" from the options listed
- Click on "REI Visa" under Retail Cards
- Select "Request A Cardmember Agreement" and follow the easy steps to submit your request
Your agreement will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

Order Convenience Checks
Online Convenience Checks let you transfer balances or make payments to someone, and the amount will be billed to your REI Visa card. You can also request that a booklet of checks be mailed directly to you.To request convenience checks:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select your card account
- Select “Request a Convenience Check” on the top right
- Select the option that applies

Request a Credit Limit Increase
Use Internet Banking to request a Credit Limit Increase on your REI Visa card.- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select "Customer Service Center" from the left-hand navigation
- Select "Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options"
- Select "Manage Your Credit Card or Premier Line Account"
- Select "REI Visa® Card"
- Select "Credit Limit Increase"
You can also contact REI Visa Cardmember Service at 1-877-734-8742 to request a credit limit increase.

Transfer a Balance
You can transfer the balance from your other credit cards to your REI Visa card.To transfer a balance:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select your Card account
- Select “Request a Convenience Check” on the top right
- Select “Transfer a balance from another Credit Card”

Why Use Printable Forms?
Your signature is required on some forms to authorize changes to your REI Visa card account. For your convenience, printable PDF forms are provided for these instances—simply print the form you need, complete it and mail or fax it to us. When your signature is not required, online forms are provided to expedite your request. -
Add a Joint Cardmember (PDF)
A Joint Cardmember, also known as a secondary cardmember, is someone who is jointly responsible for the balance owed on your REI Visa card. They'll receive their own REI Visa card with their name on it and help you grow your dividend with every purchase. To add an individual to your REI Visa card, complete the Joint Cardmember form (PDF), then mail or fax it to us as noted on the form.Note: The primary cardmember must be the REI member.

Add an Authorized Signer (PDF)
You'll grow your dividend faster as family members or anyone else you choose enjoy the convenience of using an REI Visa card. You can add up to three additional cards to your account for free. Complete the Authorized User form (PDF), then mail or fax it to us as noted on the form. Please call Cardmember Service at 1-877-734-8742 if you have any questions.Note: The Primary cardmember is liable for charges made by their authorized users.

Add Overdraft Protection (PDF)
If you have a U.S. Bank checking account, you can protect yourself from costly overdrafts by having funds automatically transferred from your REI Visa card account when necessary. Funds will be transferred to cover the overdraft amount up to your available credit limit. No transfers will be made for less than $25. Cash advance fees apply. To sign up, complete the Overdraft Protection form (PDF), then mail or fax it to us as noted on the form.
