REI Visa - Making a Payment

4 Ways to Pay

Enjoy the convenience of four easy payment options with your REI Visa card: online, by phone, by mail or with your smart phone.

  • Click to Show/Hide Online Payments
With Internet Banking, you have the flexibility to make a payment now, schedule one for the future or sign up for AutoPay, where your payment is scheduled on the same day each month. To make a payment simply:
    1. Log in to Internet Banking
    2. Select "Make A Payment" in the left-hand navigation
    3. Proceed with the payment type you would like to set up

The cut-off time for same day Web (non-AutoPay) payments varies but generally ranges between 5 pm and 8 pm CT. Please contact Cardmember Service if you have questions about your applicable cut off time.

After you’ve set up PhonePay the first time, call Cardmember Service anytime before your payment due date—even on the due date if you call before 7 p.m. (CST). Have your REI Visa card account number handy and follow the easy payment instructions. There is no charge for a payment made through our automated phone system1. Each time you make a payment over the phone via our automated system, your next statement will reflect that payment.
